RESOLUTION NO. 5896
CITY OF MONDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT
FOR AARON BACKMAN
WHEREAS, Aaron Backman is a regular full-time employee who began
working for the City of Mounds View on December 17, 2001 as the Economic
Development Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Backman's supervisor has rated his performance
satisfactory or higher; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that Mr. Backman's wages be adjusted
from step 3 ($21.89) to step 4 ($23.11).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Aaron Backman from from
step 3 ($21,89) to step 4 ($23.11) effective December 17, 2002.
