CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE AMENDED AGREEMENT
WITH ELEGANT THYMES TO MANAGE THE BANQUET CENTER AT THE MOUNDS
VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, Elegant Thymes has a agreement with the City of Mounds View for
the provision of Catering and Food services at the Banquet Center; and
WHEREAS, Elegant Thymes has been providing management services for the
City of Mounds View Banquet Center since the City severed its relationship with
Innovative Images; and
WHEREAS, Elegant Thymes has been working without an agreement for the
provision of these management services for an extended period of time; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council recognizes the need to correct this
situation; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council directed staff to work with the City
Attorney to combine the agreements for the Management and Catering and Food
Services; and
WHEREAS, attached herein is the Elegant Thymes Management, Catering and
Food Service Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby authorized the City Administrator to execute the attached Agreement.
Adopted this 30th day of December, 2002.
