<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5906 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LABOR RELATIONS, INC. TO PERFORM A <br />COMPENSATION ANALYSIS FOR ALL JOB CLASSIFICATIONS WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View's Personnel Manual states that the <br />City will annually conduct a Compensation Analysis for all job classifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during negotiations with AFSCME Local 80, staff referenced <br />this point; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Labor Relations, Inc. has provided the City with a proposal to <br />perform this Analysis (see Attachment A.). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby authorize Labor Relations, Inc. to perform a compensation <br />analysis for the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />Adopted this 30th day of December, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ sZ-.. <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />.. ~ <br />A~'I-1~ ~/}~ _ <br />Kathleen F.
