RESOLUTION NO. 5906
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LABOR RELATIONS, INC. TO PERFORM A
COMPENSATION ANALYSIS FOR ALL JOB CLASSIFICATIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View's Personnel Manual states that the
City will annually conduct a Compensation Analysis for all job classifications; and
WHEREAS, during negotiations with AFSCME Local 80, staff referenced
this point; and
WHEREAS, Labor Relations, Inc. has provided the City with a proposal to
perform this Analysis (see Attachment A.).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City
Council does hereby authorize Labor Relations, Inc. to perform a compensation
analysis for the City of Mounds View.
