RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO CAROL MUELLER
\VHEREAS, In 1995, apartment property managers and other non-owner occupied property
managers and owners formed the New Brighton/Mounds View Property Managers' Coalition.
WB EREAS, The New Brighton/Mounds View Propelty Managers' Coalition meets on the 3rd
Wednesday of every month, at an alternating location in New Brighton and Mounds View.
WHEREAS, Members of the New Brighton/Mounds View Property Managers' Coalition
have implemented components of the Minnesota Crime Free Multi-Housing and Crime Free
rvlanut:lctured Home Park Program at the properties they manage and operate.
WHEREAS, Carol Mueller is the property manager of the Colonial Village Manufactured
llome Community and has served as the Mounds View Co-Chair of the New Brighton/Mounds View
Property Managers' Coalition tl"om December 2000 to December 2002.
WHEREAS, Carol Mueller, through hcr contributions at the New Brighton/Mounds View
Property Managers' meetings and their various task forces and committees, has gained the respect
and gratitude of those who have had the opportunity and privilege of working with her.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the CityofMounds View,
on behalf of the residents of the City of Mounds View, express its sincere appreciation to Carol
Mudlcr for her dedicated public service to and for the City of Mounds View.
Adopted this nth day of January, 2003.
