RESOLUTION 5914
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Approving a Business License for
1 st Sam's Market
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and
WHEREAS, 1st Sam's Market has applied for a tobacco license; and
WHEREAS, Amal Abu Sarah has submitted the proper paperwork and
fee and has received the necessary approvals from the Mounds View Police
Department; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve tobacco license for Amal Abu Sarah dba 1st Sam's
Market.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from December 31, 2002-June 30, 2003.
