RESOLUTION 5916
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING MMKR'S INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT'S REPORT ON
APPLYING AGREED-UPON PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co.,
P.A. (MMKR) was appointed by the City Council to review selected contracts for
compliance with the terms of the agreements; and,
WHEREAS, MMKR has prepared the attached report and presented it to
the City Council on December 30,2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that MMKR's Independent Accountant's Report on Applying
Agreed-Upon Procedures is hereby accepted.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of December 2002.
