RESOLUTION NO. 5922
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
(j{ESOLUTION OF jlPPRECIA TION TO (BARBARA THOMAS
WHEREAS, Barbara Thomas was elected to serve on the
Mounds View City Council from November 2000 through December
2002; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Thomas served as an conscientious, outspoken
and active member of the City Council during her two-year term as a
City Council member; and,
WHEREAS, prior to her election to the City Council, Ms. Thomas
served the community as a member of the City's Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of the City of Mounds
View, expresses its appreciation to Barbara Thomas for her dedicated
service to the City.
Adopted this 6th day of January, 2003.
