Resolution Approving the 2003 TimeSaver (TOSS) Contract
Whereas, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and
Planning Commission meetings since 1999 and
Whereas, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness and
accuracy of the minutes taken by TirneSaver.
Whereas, the contract proposed for 2003 includes a nominal increase of fees
over the approved 2002 contract addendum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSavers 2003 contract (see attachment).

prepared frOlll shorthand or machine notes of the rcc,ording secretary as draft
minutes f0r submission to and the rcvievi and comment of City of Mounds
View (or their preparation of l1nal minutes.
At the end of the term of this Addendum or any extension of it, the parties may: make a new
!\greemellt or extend or modify the terms of this Agreement.
