RESOLUTION NO. 5927 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AUTHORIZING THE PURCHACE OF AUDIO EQUIPMENT FOR THE BANQUET CENTER WHEREAS, audio equipment in the Banquet Center has been experiencing excessive repairs and is inadequate for the needs of clients; and WHEREAS, a proposal has been received to fix the problems with the existing equipment and upgrade it to current technologies; and WHEREAS, staff recommends the proposal of Electronic Communications Systems, Inc. in the estimated amount of $5,186.44; and WHEREAS, this project requires amending the 2003 budget for the Banquet Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the proposal of Electronic Communication Systems, Inc. in the estimated amount of $5,186.44 for audio equipment at the Banquet Center is approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment be made after acceptance of the work, which shall include schematic drawings, as built plans, equipment manuals, manufacturer warranties, and demonstration that the system performs as promised. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2003 budget for Banquet Center department of the Community Center is amended as follows: Revenues for equipment rental increased by Expenses for supplies, equipment reduced by Expenses for repairs, banquet door reduced by Expenses for Capital Outlay for Equipment increased by $2,600 500 2,100 $5,200 Adopted this 27th day of January, 2003.
