CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE EDGEWOOD JR. HIGH REGIONAL POND PROJECT
AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Veit and Company, Incorporated has requested the City's
acceptance and final payment for the Edgewood Jr. High Regional Pond Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final contract cost is $375,459.64 and the final payment amount
is $18,772.98; and
WHEREAS, said final payment in the amount of $18,772.98 will be reimbursed to
the City by the Rice Creek Watershed District based on the Rice Creek Cost Share
Agreement.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Council accepts the Edgewood Jr. High Regional pond Project.
2. Authorized final payment in the amount of $18,772.98 to Veit and
Company, Incorporated.
3. Authorizes Staff to invoice the Rice Creek Watershed District for all funds
due to the City based on the Rice Creek Cost Share Agreement.
