RESOLUTION NO. 4198 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET CHANGES FOR ADVISORY COMMISSION TRAINING WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is conunitted to providing training opportunities to members of Advisory Boards and Conunissions; and WHEREAS, the Government Training Service (GTS) will provide a training workshop to the City's Board of Conunission Members at a cost of $800; and WHEREAS, the expenditure was not a 1992 budgeted expense. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve GTS to conduct a training workshop for all Board and Conunission members at a cost not to exceed $800 and further authorize a budget transfer of $800 from Account # 100- 4190-910 to Account # 100-4120-363.
