RESOLUTION NO. 5295
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A NEW LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the Children's Home Society have agreed to
draft a new lease agreement for the space at the Community Center; and
WHEREAS. it is in the best interest of the City of Mounds View to enter into this new
lease agreemcnt, and
WHEREAS, the mutually agreeablc terms have been laid out in the attached contract
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED THAT the attached draft contract is hereby
approved as to its contents and accurately ret1ects the terms by the City of Mounds View and the
Children's Homc Society, subject to any technical revisions as recommended by the City
Attorney.
