CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH THE
BIllMEYER GROUP FOR A POLICE CHIEF SEARCH AND RECRUITMENT
WHEREAS, the current Chief of Police, Tim Ramacher is retiring in April of 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds Vicw has determined that the serviccs of an executi ve
search firm are nceded to ensure a successful recruitment: and
WHEREAS, thc Brimeyer Group presented their service package and fee schcdule to the
Mayor and City Council on January 19, 1999: and
\VHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have determined that the Brimcyer Group would
bc the best consultant to use for this service:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Mounds View is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with the Brimeyer Group, Executivc Search Consultants for
the recruitment of a Police Chicf.
