RESOLUTION NO. 5308
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO DISPOSE OF LISTED SURPLUS PROPERTY PER
THEIR DISCRETION
and
WHEREAS, City staff presented the City Council with a list of items to be surplused;
WHEREAS, the City Council expressed interest in keeping any items that may have
significant resale value at a City rummage sale, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has given staff discretion to sort through the items listed
below to determine what should be surplused out immediately:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council authorizes staff to
determine the value of the aforementioned property to determine its need for immediate surplus, or
whether it has a resale value of any significance, and to act according to their determination.
