RESOLUTION NO. 5311
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING NEW PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS AND
CLARIFYING PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP
WHEREAS, there are five vacancies on the Mounds View Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 40 I of'thc Mounds View Municipal Code authorizes new members to
be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Brian Kaden (term to expire 200 I), Michael Berke (term to expire 2000),
Ordeen Braathen (term to expire 200 I), Williame Laube (term to expire 200 I), and Michael
Hegland (term to expire 2(00) have been approved by the Mayor and City COllncil for membership
on the Planning Commission;
WHEREAS, in addition to the aforementioned appointments, the following individuals
continue to be members of the planning commission Jcrry Peterson (term to expire 2000), Jean
Miller (term to expire 1999), Gary Stevenson (term to expire 1999) and Greg Johnson (term to
expire 1999);
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned individuals arc
hereby appointed to/ or remain members of the Planning Commission for their stated terms,
respectively.
