RESOLUTION NO. 5315
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View
has planned the improvement of MSAS 232 (Edgewood Drive) from
Bronson Drive to T.H. 10 and;
WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State
Aid Funds on the improvement of this Street and;
WHEREAS, the State Aid Project number of this
project will be 146-232-02 from Bronson Drive to T. H. 10 in the
City of Mounds View, Minnesota and;
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate
width for parking on either side of the street, and approval of the
proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Mounds View that parking of motor vehicles on both
sides of MSAS 232 (Edgewood Drive) from Bronson Drive to T.H. 10
shall be banned at all times.
