ability to perfonn the job tasks and duties ot'the Administrative Assistant position: and
'VHEREAS, the City desires to reltlin the services of Ms. Babekuhl to provide administrative
services: and
WHEREAS, the position of Administrative Assistant was vacated on M<lrch 19, 1999: and

consistent with management goals of the organization.
