RESOLUTION NO. 5339
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
ST ATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT THE THEATER
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View, Anthony Properties Management, Inc., and Louise O'Neil have
entered into a Developer's Agrecment datcd September II, 1998 (Agreement); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement requires the Developer to construct certain improvements including street,
grading, drainage, landscaping, and other public improvcments (Improvements) as part of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement requires City inspection and acccptance of the Improvcments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Mounds View accepts the Improvements.
Adopted this 14th day of June, 1999.
