CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY SPACE NEEDS STUDY REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View's Public Works Facility was constructed in
the early 1960s, and;
WHEREAS, the facility is currently undersized for the existing equipment and
fleet, and;
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program contains a project to replace the
Public Works Facility, and;
WHEREAS, the actual facility space need is not currently quantified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Mounds
View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that the City of Mounds View that:
1. The Public Works Facility Space Needs Study Request for Proposals is
approved.
2. The Public Works Director shall forward the Request for Proposals to at least
three consultants in order to obtain proposals for this work.
