CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT
PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF LONG LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS I Ramsey County has planned the improvement of Long
Lake Road (CSAR 45) between County Road H and County Road Ji and
WHEREAS, Ramsey county will be expending County state Aid
Highway funds (S.A.P. 62-645-10) on the improvement of said
streeti and
WHEREAS, portions of said improvement do not conform to the
approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such county
State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction
as a County State Aid street project must I therefore, becondi-
tioned upon certain parking restrictionsi and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions I that would be a
necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a
county State Aid project in the CitYI has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Mounds View
requests Ramsey county to restrict the parking of motor vehicles
on both sides of Long Lake Road (CSAR 45) between county Road H-2
and county Road I.
