RESOLUTION NO. 4202
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF. TRANSPORTATION
TO APPROVE USE OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF LONG LAKE ROAD (CSAH 45)
WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and necessary for the
City of Mounds View to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on C.S.A.H. No. 45 (Long Lake Road) within the
limits of the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Said construction project has been approved by the
Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his records as
S.A.P. No. 62-645-10 and 146-020-05.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
city of Mounds View does hereby appropriate from the City'S
Municipal State-Aid Street Funds the sum of $696,421.90 to apply
toward Ithe construction of said project and request the Commis-
sionerof Transportation to approve this authorization.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
Adopted this 9th day of March, 1992.
