RESOLUTION 8458 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Approving a Transfer of Ownership for an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License from <br /> Menbe, Inc. (doing business as ABC Liquor) <br /> to <br /> M.D. Liquors 2, Inc., (doing business as M.D. Liquors) <br /> Located at 2840 County Road 10 <br /> WHEREAS, M.D. Liquors 2, Inc., has a purchase agreement with Menbe, Inc. to <br /> purchase ABC Liquor, located at 2840 County Road 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, M.D. Liquors 2, Inc., submitted all required City and State liquor license <br /> application materials and fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br /> transfer to the M.D. Liquors 2, Inc., (doing business as M.D. Liquors), contingent on a <br /> satisfactory background check, full payment on outstanding invoices related to false security <br /> alarm charges, and a satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License transfer to M.D. Liquors 2, Inc., <br /> (doing business as M.D. Liquors) contingent on a satisfactory background check, full payment <br /> on outstanding invoices related to false security alarm charges, and a satisfactory fire <br /> inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license will expire on <br /> June 30, 2016. <br /> Adopted this 28th day of September, 2015. <br /> J , <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
