RESOLUTION NO. 2520
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2483 TO ADD RAMSEY
COUNTY RECORDING REQUIREMENTS REGARDING ZERO LOT LINE
SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY WALLY BAUER, 2565/2567 COUNTY ROAD I
WHEREAS, Mr. Wally Bauer was given approval by the Mounds
View City Council for a zero lot line subdivision for the
property located at 2565/2567 County Road I; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 6, Block
1, Bayport Acres; and
WHEREAS, both Resolution Nos. 2483 and 2520 must be
recorded with Ramsey County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the amendment to Resolution No.
2483.
