C1TY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
SIGN PLAN AMENDMENT REQUEST BY TACO BELL FOR
MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has received the
request by Taco Bell for a sign plan amendment to the already
approved sign plan: and
WHEREAS, the change involves the a~dition of a 24 square
foot reader board to the freestanding sign: and
WHEREAS, the total signage area is within the allowable
signage outlined in the Chapter 39 of the Mounds View Municipal
Code entitled, "Signs and Billboards": and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendment meets the intent of the
original planned unit development sign plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the proposed planned unit
development sign plan amendment as requested.
