CI1Y OF MOUNDS VIEW
RESOLUTION COMMENDING AQUATICS SUPERVISOR
KELLY UNDQUISf FOR SERVICE
WHEREAS, Aquatics Supervisor Kelly Lindquist has implemented an
extensive aquatics program for the two years that he has been employed with the City
of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Aquatics Supervisor Kelly Lindquist has been an integral part
of the planning committee for the new Lakeside Beach house; and
WHEREAS, Aquatics Supervisor Kelly Lindquist has elected to return to
school for his physical education licensure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View
regretfully accepts Kelly Lindquist's resignation as Aquatics Supervisor.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View thanks
Aquatics Supervisor Lindquist for his part in offering the residents of the City of
Mounds View the opportunity to participate in swimming lessons, open swims, and
water exercise at Edgewood Community Center pool and Lakeside Park Beach.
Adopted this 28th day of August, 1989.

I, City Clerk-Administrator of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota,do
hereby certify the following:
Attached hereto is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of
record in the offices of the City of Mounds View, which resolution was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, at the meeting referred
to above. Said meeting was a r P gill i'l r meeting of the City Council, was open to
the public, and was held at the time and place at which meetings of the City
Council are regularly held. Council Member Q II i r. k moved the adoption of the
attached resolution. The motion for adoption of the attaChed resolution was
seconded by Council Member P a 0 rre '. A vote being taken on the motion,
the following voted in favor of the resolution:

and the following voted against .the resolution:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The attached
resolution is in full force and effect and no action has been taken by the City
Councilor the City of Mounds View which would in any .way alter or amend the
attached resolution.
