RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIZING OF THE STORM SEWER PIPE IN
LONG LAKE ROAD SO AS NOT TO PRECLUDE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
IN THE AREA BEHIND 8140/8212 LONG LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission held an
advertised informational meeting on July 19, 1989, regarding the
potential development of Mike Mezzenga's Outlot A, including the
upgrading of the back part of the lots fronting on Eastwood Road
and the upgrading of Greenwood Road in Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Mike Mezzenga's
major subdivision per Resolution No. 257-89; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Mike Mezzenga's major
subdivision per Resolution No. 2527; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission continued discussing the
possible upgrading of the Outlot A and the back of the Eastwood
Road lots at their meeting on August 16, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the City
Council that the storm sewer pipe in Long Lake Road should be
sized accordingly taking into consideration the possibility that
this area could develop at some time in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the sizing of the storm sewer
pipe in Long Lake Road so as not to preclude future development
in this area.
