CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND
DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS FOR THE RAMSEY COUNTY LIBRARY
LOCATED AT 2575 MOUNDS VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 277-89
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission and City
Council have reviewed the development plans for the Mounds View
Library tio be located at 2575 Mounds View Drive, legally known as
Silver Lake Woods, Block 12, Lot l~ and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have
determined that the development plans are consistent with the
development intentions for Hrghway 10 in Mounds View~ and
WHEREAS, the site plans meet all minimum requirements
outlined in Chapter 40 of the City Code (Zoning Ordinance)~ and
WHEREAS, the project requires a permit from the Rice Creek
Watershed District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the conditional use permit and
development site plans for the proposed Mounds View Library to be
located at 2575 Highway 10 contingent upon:
1. All proposed signs meet the requirements of the City
Code.
