CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF COSTS TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES ON
TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 BETWEEN SILVER LAKE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD H
WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City
of Mounds view to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on T.H. 10 within the corporate limits of
Mounds View, and .
WHEREAS, Said construction project has been approved by the
Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his records
as S.P. 6402-42, S.A.P. 146-228-04, S.A.P. 146-234-03,
S.A.P. 62-603-07, S.A.P. 62-605-03, S.A.P. 62-644-14, S.A.P.
62-645-09, and S.A.P. 62-677-14.
~,.N, OW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate
........ .from our Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of forty-one
.. thousand eight hundred twenty nine dollars and twenty-six cents
($41,829.26) to apply toward the construction of said proj,ect and
request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve this
authorization.
