RESOLUTION NO. 2560
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the
Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at City
Hall on November 13, 1989 with the following members present:
Mayor Hankner 1, Co~nci 1 members Wuori L Oui ck, B1 anchard Paone
and the fol~ow1ng members abs~n~: '
None
Member Quick introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 1990 PROPOSED GENERAL
FUND, FORESTRY FUND AND DEBT SERVICE PROPERTY TAX LEVIES
AND BUDGETS AND SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE SAME PURSUANT TO PRESENT TRUTH IN TAXATION LEGISLATION
BE IS RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Mounds View,
Minnesota, as follows:
1) RESOLVED that pursuant to Truth In Taxation legislation
the following is certified to the County of Ramsey as the City of
Mounds View's proposed 1990 property tax levy:
General Fund
Forestry Fund
Advanced Refunding Bonds of 1976
Capital Notes

2) RESOLVED that pursuant to Truth In Taxation legislation the

3) RESOLVED that a public hearing on the Proposed 1990
Budget and the Proposed 1990 property tax levy will be held at
7:05 p.m. on November 27, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. Should
it be necessary to adjourn the public hearing and continue it at
a later date the reconvened hearing will be held at 7:05 p.m. on
December 11, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2401
Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.
The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded
by Member Blanchard and upon a vote being taken, 5 Ayes 0 Nays,
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 13th
day of Nbvember 1989.
