CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR
KHOSROW DAIVARI, 7028 WOODLAWN DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 283-89
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request of
Khosrow Daivari, 7028 Knollwood Drive, for a wetland alteration
permit to construct an addition onto his home; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally known as Knollwood Park,
Lot 84; and
WHEREAS, the property in question, 7028 Knollwood Drive,
currently shares a driveway with 7044 Knollwood Drive; and
WHEREAS, Section 40.07, Subd. K(l), of the Zonlng Code
allows for shared driveways contingent upon:
1. Easement and maintenance agreements be drafted and
filed with Ramsey County on the properties affected.
2. Curb cut width shall not exceed that allowed by Code
(22 feet).
3. Off-street parking requirements for each property be
provided. The portion of the driveway shared cannot
be used to meet this requirement for either party; and
WHEREAS, the property in question is located within the
buffer zone of a wetland; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
requested wetland alteration permit will not impact the wetland.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Mounds View approves the requested wetland alteration
permit contingent upon:
1. The requlrements of a joint driveway are complied with
as outlined in this resolutions.
