CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR
JERRY AND JAN HAUCK, 2332 SHERWOOD ROAD,
PLANNING CASE NO. 284-89
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Johnson
Terrace, Lot 4, Block 1; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
request of Jerry and Jan Hauck for a wetland alteration permit to
construct an addition onto their home; and
WHEREAS, the work to be done is within the 100 foot buffer
zone of a wetland; and
WHEREAS, the proposed addition will not impact the
wetland; and
WHEREAS, the lot meets all minimum lot area and width
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the requested wetland alteration
permit.
