RESOLUTION NO. 2574
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW POLICY
REGARDING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council anticipates
receiving petltlons for public improvements in the City: and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council hereby sets policy
regarding the acceptance of petitions: and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council states that the
petitioner shall submit all applicable information including, but
not limited to, the demonstrated need for the improvements, the
proposed location and layout (sketch plans) of the lmprovements
ln accordance with applicable City ordinances, and the signatures
of one hundred percent (100%) of the directly affected and
benefittlng properties relating to the public improvements at the
same time the petition is submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View hereby sets policy regarding acceptance
of petitions for public improvements pursuant to direction found
above.
