RESOLUTION NO. 4589
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION DECLARING THE LARGE PLAYGROUND CLIMBER AS
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND APPROVING THE SALE OF THE
CLIMBER TO WENDY JAHNKE FOR $100
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View removed the play climber
located at City Hall Park to make room for the police parking lot
expansion; and
WHEREAS, the City Hall Park does not have enough room to
replace the large climber, nor is any other city park in need of
a climber; and
WHEREAS, Wendy Jahnke, a daycare provider in the City of
Mounds View has offered to buy the climber for $100.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council declares the large play climber as surplus equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves the sale of the climber to Wendy Jahnke for $100 to be
used in her backyard play area.
