COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION FOR
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE
WHEREAS. it is tht City's praL:tice to encourage and reward outstanding
ptrformance by City staff; and

WHEREAS, Bill Hanggi has txemplitied the very best in innovative and
creative practice through the design and implementation for the reclaim tank that
will not only save the City money and time, but also keep the City's water system
safe from contamination; and
WHEREAS. tl1e City Council wished to recognize the signiticant
contributions of Mr. William Hanggi in not only the excellent day to day
performance of his duties. but also for going the "extra mile" to make the City a
safer, cleaner and better place to live and work.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council in and for the
City of Mounds View Lloes hereby approve and award this RESOLUTION OF
OUTSTANDING PERFORrvlANCE to:
MR. WILLIArvl HANGGI
for his ingenuity, innovation and creativity in developing a cost and time saving
tlush out system for the City's water reclaim system. rvlr. Hanggi is truly
dwraL:teristic of the high lluality of City staff that the City of rvlounds View is
pJroud to have as part of their team. His contributions are greatly appreciated.
