WHEREAS, it is the City's practice to encourage and reward outstanding
performance by City staff~ and
-
WHEREAS, Bill Hanson has exemplitied the very best in innovative and
creative practice through the design and implementation for the reclaim tank that
will not only save the City money and time, but also keep the City's water system
safe from contamination: and
WHEREAS, the City Council wished to recognize the signiticant
contributions of Mr. William Hanson in not only the excellent day to day
performance of his duties, but also for going the "extra mile" to make the City a
safer, cleaner and better place to live and work.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council in and for the
City of Mounds View does hereby approve and award this RESOLUTION OF
OUTST:-\.NDING PERFORivlANCE to:
MR. WILLIANt HANSON
for his ingenuity, innovation and creativity in developing a cost and time saving
t1ush out system for the City"s water reclaim system. Mr. Hanson is truly
characteristic uf the high quality of City staff that the City of l\Ilounds View is
proud to have as part of their team. His coptributions are greatly appreci<;1ted.
