CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY ACCESSORY STRUCTURE,
CHURCH UPON THE ROCK, 7901 RED OAK DRIVE
WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock has made application
for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the continued use of
a temporary accessory structure at 7901 Red Oak Drive; and
WHEREAS, In 1988, the Mounds View City Council gave
approval for a Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a
temporary accessory structure on the property; and
WHEREAS, the approved City Council resolution con-
tained a "sunset" clause, which effectively revoked the permit
after a five year period; and
WHEREAS, in 1993, the City Council granted an exten-
sion of one year to the original approval; and
WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock has requested an
additional 2-year extension of the Conditional Use permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request
and found it in conformance with applicable City Codes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the requested two-year extension of a
Conditional Use Permit for a temporary accessory structure for
Church Upon the Rock, 7901 Red Oak Drive contingent upon the
following:
1. The Conditional use permit shall be recorded with
Ramsey county.
2. The Conditional Use Permit shall become null and
void in the event the property is sold or trans
ferred.
