RESOLUTION NO. 4493
CITY OF/MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF lW4SEY .
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY~ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the Council has cond1,lcted an annual performance
evaluation for the City: Administrator, Samantha Orduno; and
WHEREAS ,the results of the performance evaluation in all
eight major areas of responsibilitys~owed a performance rating of
satisfactory or above;, and .

_ WHEREAS, Samantha
personal actions and
qualities that motivate
a.nd .
orduno. consistently exhibits, through
supervisory techniques, the leadership
highperformancefr.om all City. employees;
WHEREAS, Samantha Orduno has. strived to establish and
maintain, in all employees of the City, an attitude and feeling of
helpfulness, courtesy and sensitivity to the residents .and business
owners in the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Samantha Orduno.constantly maintainsanawareriess.of-
developments and plans in other jurisdictions that may relate to,
or affect, the City; and
WHEREAS, Samantha Orduno has established. liaisons with.other
governmeptal juri,sdiction$ in those areas of service that improve
or ~nhance the City'S programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council.in and
for the City of Mounds View does hereby approve a 2% increase to
Samantha orduno's 1994 base salary, effective January 1,.'1994, for
consistent outstanding performance in her duties and
responsibilities.
