A RESOLUTION DEClARING CERTAIN ACCOUNIS BAD DEBTS AND
AUTIIORIZING THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT ID REMOVE THEM FROM
lliE CrrY'S FINANCIAL RECORDS
WHEREAS, the Finance Department has made numerous attempts to conect the
accounts listed below and not received payment; and
WHEREAS, due to the amount of the acrounts pursuing other means of collection is
not cost efficient; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.01. of the Charter of the City of Mounds View the
Council has full authority over the financial affairs of the Oty;
. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Oty.of Mounds View
that the accounts listed on the attached sheet are hereby declared to be bad debts and
the Finance Department is directed to remove these accounts from the financial records
of the Oty.
Adopted this 14th day of February, 1994.
