RESOLUTION NO. 4500
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET TRANSFER
FOR PURCHASE OF TELEPHONE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City installed a new telephone system one year ago; and
WHEREAS, this telephone system had a one year warranty on parts and
labor; and
WHEREAS, that warranty has expired and the telephone system has no
coverage in the event of a problem; and
WHEREAS, previous telephone systems have had maintenance agreements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $1956 be transferred from
Contingency Account # 100-4450-910-000 to Central Services Account # 100-
4190-513 for the purchase of telephone system maintenance agreement.
Adopted this 14th day of February, 1994.
