CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG)APPLICATION BY SOJI AGBOOLA FOR RENTAL REHAB OF MULTI-
FAMILY HOUSING UNIT
WHEREAS, Soji Agboola has made application to Ramsey county
for a Community Development Block Grant to rehabilitate a multi-
family housing unit in the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, the housing unit in question is one that provides
affordable housing to low-moderate income Mounds View residents;
and
WHEREAS, the improvements would provide a limited rental
housing opportunity by creating a 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom rental
unit; and
WHEREAS, the rehabilitation of the City'S rental properties is
consistent with the city's 5 Year Development Plan and FOCUS 2000
recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council in and
for the City of Mounds View does hereby formally declare its
support for Soji Agboola's CDBG application and urge Ramsey County
to grant approval.
