RESOLUTION NO. 4515 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF TRESPASS TO THE METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is the owner of the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC) have entered into discussions for the acquisition of certain easements as described on Exhibit A attached hereto, which easements are necessary for the construction of the Blaine Interceptor; and WHEREAS, the MWCC wishes to start construction of said Blaine Interceptor while easement acquisition on the property described on Exhibit A is still on-going. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby grants permission to the MWCC to conduct construction activities within the easement areas described on Exhibit A attached hereto. The sidelines of said easements shall be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the right~of~ way lines of said State Trunk Highway Number 118 and on the north line of said South Half of the ~ortheast Quarter. Said permanent easement contains 2.270 acres more or less. Said temporary easement contains 2.226 acres more or less. Said temporary easement expires July 31, 1995 .,. .
