RESOLUTION NO. 4516
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF TRESPASS TO THE
METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is the owner of the
property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the Metropolitan
Waste Control Commission (MWCC) have entered into discussions
for the acquisition of an access easement as described on
Exhibit A attached hereto, which easement is necessary for the
access to the construction of the Blaine Interceptor; and
WHEREAS, the MWCC wishes to start construction of said
Blaine Interceptor while easement acquisition on the property
described on Exhibit A is still on-going.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View hereby grants permission to the MWCC
to access its construction project within the easement area
described on Exhibit A attached hereto.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
(EXCEPT THE NORTH 1029 FEET), THE WEST 150 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SUBJECT TO ROAD), IN SECTION 5,
TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 23.
ACCESS EASEMENT DESCRIPTION:
A TEMPORARY EASEMENT FOR ACCESS PURPOSES OVER THE WESTERLY 50.00
FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
SAID TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT CONTAINS 13,011 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR
LESS.
SAID TEMPORARY ACCESS -EASEMENT TO EXPIRE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 18,
1995.
