EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON MARCH 28, 1994

Motion by: Councilmember Quick
WHEREAS, pursuant.to Resolution of the City Council
of Mounds View, adopted Resolution No. 4525 , the. Special
Assessments for the Construction of Auditor's No. 1407 ,
were levied against the attached list of described properties,
said list made a part herein; and
WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the
attached list, and said list made a part herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council
of the City of Mounds View that the assessments for Auditor's
No. 1407 against the heretofore mentioned properties be
correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for
further collection in the amount stated on the attached list,
said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City
Clerk of said City DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached foregoing extract of Minutes of a meet-
ing of the City Council of said City held on March 28. 1994
at 7:00 p.m. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessment
for Auditor's No. 1407 because of the conveyance of/or
replatting of certain properties.
