RESOLUTION NO. 4541
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF MULTI-TECH, 2205 WOODALE DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 377-94
WHEREAS, Multi-Tech has requested City approval to
construct a 32,080 square foot addition to their existing
facility at 2205 Woodale Drive; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07 of the Mounds View Municipal
Code requires that a development review be conducted for all
commercial and industrial developments within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
following documents regarding this development/proposal:
1. Planning Application dated February 25, 1994
2. Site/Landscape Plan dated February 25, 1994
3. Exterior Elevation Plan dated December 6, 1993
4. Floor Plan dated October 27, 1993
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements of
Chapter 40; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission has
reviewed the request and recommended approval in Resolution No.
378-94.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the development review request as required
by Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code.
Adopted this 11th day of April, 1994.
