RESOLUTION NO. 3032
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST BY
TOM PLUMB, 7359 PARK VIEW TERRACE, PLANNING CASE NO. 293-90
WHEREAS, Mr. Tom Plumb has applied for a variance from
the rear yard setback that would allow the construction of a
three-season porch 5.5 feet into the rear yard setback; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the setback
variance request and the criteria for granting a variance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applicant's
hardship statement and agree that a hardship is present on the
property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that there are
no reasonable alternatives; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that this
particular request would not set a precedent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the variance request by Tom
Plumb, 7369 Park View Terrace.
