RESOLUTION 8478 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZE BOLTON AND MENK TO PROCEED WITH DESIGN FOR CSAH 10 TRAIL <br /> SEGMENTS 6 AND 11. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View developed the County Road 10 Corridor Improvement <br /> Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Segments 6 and 11 of the Corridor Improvement Program are part of the 2016 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. was awarded the design of CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 & 11 <br /> by City Council on May 26, 2015 via Resolution 8420; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a proposed layout has been presented for CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 & 11; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. is prepared to continue the design process for CSAH 10 <br /> Trail Segments 6 & 11. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Bolton and Menk, Inc. is authorized to proceed with the design of CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 and <br /> 11 as detailed their memorandum dated October 16, 2015. <br /> 2.
