CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZE BOLTON AND MENK TO PROCEED WITH DESIGN FOR CSAH 10 TRAIL
SEGMENTS 6 AND 11.
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View developed the County Road 10 Corridor Improvement
Program; and
WHEREAS, Segments 6 and 11 of the Corridor Improvement Program are part of the 2016
Capital Improvement Plan; and,
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. was awarded the design of CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 & 11
by City Council on May 26, 2015 via Resolution 8420; and,
WHEREAS, a proposed layout has been presented for CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 & 11; and,
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. is prepared to continue the design process for CSAH 10
Trail Segments 6 & 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View,
Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Bolton and Menk, Inc. is authorized to proceed with the design of CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 and
11 as detailed their memorandum dated October 16, 2015.
2. Upon completion of design, staff will return to City Council in order to receive approval of the
plans and specifications and authorization to bid.
