STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE EMERGENCY VEHICLE PREEMPTION (EVP)
INSTALLATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Eagan Companies, Incorporated has requested the
City's acceptance and final payment for the Emergency Vehicle Preemption
(EVP) Installation Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $59,500.00, the final
contract cost is $59,822.77, and the final payment amount is $21,511.29.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Accepts the Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) Installation Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $21,511.29 to Eagan
Companies, Incorporated.
3. Authorizes the Public Works Director to execute said final payment
request document.
