STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
ANDREW RONNING
MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Andrew Ronning resigned from the Mounds View Police Department
effective November 25, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 36.30 hours; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 3.50 hours;
and
WHEREAS, Andrew Ronning's current rate of pay is $23.89 per hour; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor
Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 36.30
accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of $23.89 = $867.21; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor
Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused compensatory time will be
3.50 accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of $23.89 = $83.62.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves a one-time payout of vacation time to Andrew Ronning not to exceed $867.21, in
accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement.
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves a
one-time payout of vacation time to Andrew Ronning not to exceed $83.62, in accordance
with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement.
